Demonstration Data for Machine Learning-assisted Fluoroscopic Localization of Patent Foramen Ovale

This record provides deidentified demonstration files for trial use of the proof-of-concept PFO localization software described in the manuscript “Machine Learning-assisted Fluoroscopic Localization of Patent Foramen Ovale.” The files include example fluoroscopic images, corresponding LabelMe annotation files containing manually defined cardiac and spinal landmarks, and a reference image for comparison.
