Great Lakes basin rain-on-snow (ROS)

This repository provides rain-on-snow and streamflow datasets for the Laurentian Great Lakes watersheds (Superior, Michigan, Huron, Erie, and Ontario). Climate data include daily precipitation and near-surface air temperature for historical (1950–2014) and future (2047–2074) periods, with future projections based on downscaled, bias-corrected CMIP6 data under SSP3-7.0 and SSP2-4.5 scenarios. Key outputs such as snowfall, snow depth, and streamflow are generated using a calibrated SWAT-SNOW-17 model, with calibration based on streamflow and snow water equivalent (SWE).
Specifically, the repository includes:
1. GIS shape files for the Laurentian Great Lakes basins (Superior, Michigan, Huron, Erie, and Ontario) and streams.
2. Calibrated and validated SWAT hydrological model for the entire Great Lakes basin
3. Climate data formatted for SWAT model input
