In rice, OsCUC1 has been demonstrated to be associated with rice leaf crimping and maintenance of apical meristem. To identified the genes that transcriptionally controlled by OsCUC1 and OsCUC3, we carried out the RNA-seq experiment with oscuc1 mutant, oscuc3 mutant, oscuc1 oscuc3 doublemutant and wild type (Nipponbare) .
