Giant Virus from Station ALOHA in North Pacific Subtropical Gyre

Metagenomic analysis of the Hawaii Ocean Timeseries generated 37 high-quality giant virus metagenome-assembled genome (MAG) and 1496 giant viral contigs (>10 kbp). The MAGs are labeled as "HOT_MAG" and the assemby is labeled as "ncldv_final_qc_passed_10kb_contigs.fa" in the file inventory.
