The NMJ-morph assessment package comprises:1. a sample image bank containing twenty example NMJ confocal images (.lsm file format)N.B. http://datashare.is.ed.ac.uk/handle/10283/647 which is superseded by this dataset, contains tif versions of the images, as well as an identical set of the .lsm image files.2. a reference guide spreadsheet produced from the sample image bank3. a blank spreadsheet for training and data collection4. the image bank has been provided in .tif format, to allow users without access to confocal microscopy software to view the images.
