Amplicon Sequences for the paper, "Dynamical systems inference at scale reveals intrinsic instability in the dysbiotic microbiome"

The goal of the project is to understand the difference between microbial dynamics in healthy and dysbiotic gut microbiomes using an integrated computational and experimental approach. To do so, we developed gnotobiotic mouse models of healthy and dysbiotic donor microbiomes. Additionally, we apply different kinds of perturbations to the two mouse models. The results of the experiments can then be quantitatively analyzed using computational models. Using the integrated approach, we intend to characterize the underlying stability of the microbial system and identify the groups of microbes that drive the behavior.
