Phylogeography of Conandron ramondioides

The population phylogenetic and phylogeographic structure of a comprehensive sampling of C. ramondioides was analyzed with double-digest restriction site-associated DNA (ddRAD) sequencing data using maximum likelihood alongside various spatial and genetic tests to identify areas of variation and genetic barriers between populations, combined Approximate Bayesian Computation (ABC) modeling and niche-based species distribution modeling (SDM) to infer the effects of multiple glaciation periods and to survey climatic niche differences during Quaternary by checking putative population divergence models and demographic scenarios.
