VGOS-INT-A (VLBI Global Observing System Intensive Session Type A) is an intensive observation mode optimized for rapid measurement of high-precision UT1-UTC (Earth Rotation Parameters). Its technical architecture and implementation strategy fully reflect the progressiveness of VLBI technology in the field of maintaining the earth reference framework. This mode constructs an observation network by selecting global ultra long baselines (such as the east-west baseline composed of the Kokee 12m antenna in Hawaii and the Wettzell 13S antenna in Germany, with a physical span of about 11000 kilometers), significantly reducing the sensitivity of the Earth's rotation to time delay observations by utilizing the geometric advantages of cross hemisphere baselines. At the same time, it combines broadband multi band signal reception technology (2-14 GHz dual polarization S/X/Ku band) and a 16 Gbit/s ultra high speed recording system (MARK 6 data logger combined with CDAS2 acquisition terminal) to achieve nanosecond level time delay measurement accuracy. Based on the VLBI observation data obtained from the VGOS system, establish the "2024 VGOS-INT-A dataset for calculating the Earth's rotation parameters (UT1-UTC)" to provide data support for the subsequent rapid production of Earth's rotation parameters and lay the foundation for the application of the resulting products.
