Raw Data of Comparative Microbiota Analyses in Rats Administered <em>S.</em> Typhimurium 14028 and its <em>dam</em> and <em>seqA</em> Mutants

In this study, the effect of the Salmonella Typhimurium 14028 strain and its two mutants with dam and seqA gene deletions on the rat gut microbiota was investigated. The results of this time application were removed from the research due to the lack of overlap with the DNA libraries after sequencing from anal swab samples acquired on the third day of the seqA mutant was compared to those libraries.
