This file contains the predicted three-dimensional structure of the bispecific T-cell engager (BiTE) blinatumomab, computationally constructed in silico by linking anti-CD19 and anti-CD3 single-chain variable fragments (scFvs) with flexible GGGGS peptide linkers. The structure was generated using AlphaFold2-multimer via ColabFold and refined through molecular dynamics simulations in GROMACS. The model is provided in PDB format for visualization, analysis, and further computational studies.<br>
