Raw data underlying Ch. 4 of PhD thesis: Structure Guided Directed Evolution of Enzymes

Raw Data of Chapter 4. Zipped subfolders are according to Subchapters. The folders contain pdb files and python scripts to analyse the pdb files. The folder of the PDB files are named after which PDB entry ID they were create and if templates were used or not during the creation.

第4章原始数据。压缩子文件夹按子章节分类编排。各文件夹内包含PDB（Protein Data Bank）文件以及用于分析PDB文件的Python脚本。PDB文件文件夹的命名依据为其对应的PDB条目ID，同时标注了创建过程中是否使用了模板。
