This dataset contains tissue slides and associated clinical and cytogenetic data from 209 cases of Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL). The data includes digitally scanned Tissue Microarrays (TMAs) and annotations of tumor cell nuclei. In addition, the dataset contains separate folders for TMAs, image patches, and cell segmentation respectively, while clinical data is stored in CSV format. Annotations for Regions of Interest (ROIs) are provided, along with geometric features of tumor cell nuclei. In terms of scale, the dataset covers 209 patients, 42 TMAs, as well as a large number of image patches and cells. The primary task is to conduct morphological analysis and survival prediction based on the geometric features of tumor cell nuclei.
