本数据集基于杭州市中医院2020-2025年名中医采集糖尿病肾病专病的中西医诊疗数据。数据严格道循浙江省"中医处方一件事”标准，覆盖患者基本信息(年龄、性别、身高、体重、首诊时间)及详细诊疗记录(包括主诉、现病史、诊断、证型、中西药处方等)。所有数据均经泛化、脱敏等匿名化处理，并进行了专业评估，确保无法识别个人身份，全面保障患者隐私。数据集在合规安全的基础上，为中医临床科研与产业化应用提供高质量数据支撑。This dataset is based on the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine diagnosis and treatment data of diabetic nephropathy specialized cases collected by renowned TCM physicians from Hangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine between 2020 and 2025. The data strictly complies with the "One-stop TCM Prescription" standard formulated by Zhejiang Province, covering basic patient information (age, gender, height, weight, initial consultation time) and detailed medical records including chief complaints, present medical history, diagnoses, TCM syndrome types, integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine prescriptions, etc. All data have undergone anonymization processing such as generalization and data desensitization, and have been professionally evaluated to ensure that individual identities cannot be identified, thus comprehensively protecting patient privacy. On the basis of compliance and data security, this dataset provides high-quality data support for TCM clinical research and industrialization applications.
