Phylogenomics of Southern European taxa in the Ranunculus auricomus species complex

Study of the phylogenetic status of Southern European members of the Ranunculus auricomus plant species complex, including analysis of reproductive mode and hybrid parentage. Sequence data was generated via target enrichment of single-copy nuclear regions targeted using a custom bait-set, and sequenced using Illumina MiSeq.
