Hirschmanniella mucronata rDNA sequences from Cambodian populations

In Cambodia, 79 plant-parasitic nematodes were isolated from rice roots in 2014 and 2015 (12 ° 32'55.6 \"N 105 ° 08'48.6\" E). The gDNA was extracted and the PCR was performed with Internal Transcribed Spacer (ITS) primers rDNA2 (5'-TTGATTACGTCCCTGCCCTTT-3 ') and rDNA1,58s (5'-ACGAGCCCGAGTGATCCACCG-3') (Vrain et al., 1992, Powers 2004, Pokharel et al ., 2007). The PCR products were sequenced using Sanger Sequencing primers (rDNA) and all chromatograms are deposited in the following document.
