The introduction of non-conventional yeasts as wine starters led to an interest in understanding possible interactions of these species with Saccharomyces cerevisiae. In this context, the aim of this project is to explore the capabilities of the extracellular vesicles produced by the non-conventional yeasts as response mediators in the transcriptomic profile of S. cerevisiae.
