Plasma Fibrinogen: A Novel Biomarker for Preoperative Prediction and Quantification of Peritoneal Adhesions in Emergency Abdominal Surgery

This dataset contains clinical and laboratory data from 231 patients diagnosed with acute appendicitis who underwent surgical intervention at The Third People's Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, China, between July 2022 and August 2024. The dataset includes comprehensive demographic information, preoperative laboratory results, and surgical outcomes, with a focus on the relationship between plasma fibrinogen (Fg) levels and the presence of abdominal adhesions.
