Leaf litter microbes Raw sequence reads

This project contains microbial community composition (16S and ITS) from natural litter collected adjacent to experimental plots and from experimental litterbags from a reciprocal transplant experiment. The transplanted litterbags were deployed initially in October 2015, and a subset was collected every 6 months until 18 months in April 2017. The purpose of this experiment was to disentangle the effects of microbial community composition and environment on leaf litter decomposition rates.
