设备综合效率(OEE)是表现实际的生产能力相对于理论产能的比率。通过本算法得到的设备综合效率数据,再将数据与FineBi可视化工具相结合。业务部门可以在任何时刻通过车间、设备、线体组等多维度分析设备综合效率情况,从而降低降低设备的故障以及维修成本,加强设备管理以延长设备的使用寿命,为企业增加生产力、提高产品质量。设备综合效率的算法规则包括以下几个方面:1、数据采集:通过端口进入,从而获取设备的信息数据,完成信息数据的采集。2、数据校验:通过对导入的产量、良品量等基础数据进行比对和验证,以确保数据的一致性、准确性和完整性。3、数据处理:通过使用WebService的方式连接数据库,实现数据交互。关于日期、车间、线体组、线体等字段通过唯一主键进行多表关联,搭建所需字段的SQL模型。通过FineBi数据分析计算各日期、车间、线体组、线体等统一维度的分组汇总(∑(每组同一维度字段的值))的结果值即使用公式K=1+1.6log(N^2/100)。其中,时间稼动率P=稼动时间*m/负荷时间*n*100%;性能稼动率w=(单片理论*产量)/稼动时间*m*100%;良品率=良品量/产量*100%;设备综合效率=时间稼动率*性能稼动率*良品率*k。通过该算法能更加清晰的分析到某时间段不同设备的综合效率分析情况,从而帮助业务部门更直观的衡量企业车间中存在的设备综合效率。
Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) refers to the ratio of actual production capacity to theoretical production capacity. The Overall Equipment Effectiveness data generated by this algorithm is combined with the FineBi visualization tool. Business departments can analyze the Overall Equipment Effectiveness from multiple dimensions such as workshop, equipment and line group at any time, so as to reduce equipment failures and maintenance costs, strengthen equipment management to extend the service life of equipment, and increase productivity and product quality for enterprises.
The algorithm rules for Overall Equipment Effectiveness include the following aspects:
1. Data Collection: Obtain equipment information data by accessing the port to complete the collection of information data.
2. Data Verification: Compare and verify basic data such as imported output and non-defective product quantity to ensure the consistency, accuracy and integrity of the data.
3. Data Processing: Connect to the database via WebService to realize data interaction. Establish an SQL model for required fields by associating multiple tables using unique primary keys for fields including date, workshop, line group and production line. Analyze and calculate the group summary results (∑(values of the same dimension field for each group)) of unified dimensions such as date, workshop, line group and production line via FineBi data analysis, using the formula K=1+1.6log(N^2/100). Among them:
Time operating rate P = (operating time * m) / (load time * n) * 100%;
Performance operating rate w = (theoretical time per unit * output) / (operating time * m) * 100%;
Defect-free rate = non-defective product quantity / output * 100%;
Overall Equipment Effectiveness = Time operating rate * Performance operating rate * Defect-free rate * K.
This algorithm enables clearer analysis of the overall equipment effectiveness of different equipment within a specific time period, helping business departments intuitively evaluate the Overall Equipment Effectiveness in enterprise workshops.
