Production volume of pig lard in Alentejo 2003-2023

The production volume of pig lard in Alentejo decreased to 16.89 thousand metric tons since the previous year. Nevertheless, the last two years recorded a significant higher production volume than the preceding years.For more insights about the production volume of pig lard consider different regions: in 2023, in comparison to Alentejo, the production volume in the Metropolitan Area of Lisbon as well as in the Autonomous Region of Madeira was considerably lower.
