Alzheimer's disease (AD), also known as senile dementia, is a degenerative disease of the central nervous system. It is characterized by progressive memory impairment, loss of cognitive function and behavioral abnormalities, which ultimately leads to brain cell death and global brain atrophy. Its early symptoms often manifest as recent memory decline, and there is currently no radical cure. This system integrates data such as cerebrospinal fluid and blood biomarkers, genetic variations and other relevant datasets, applies multi-modal data fusion analysis technology to support disease mechanism research and pathological feature analysis, and provides references for the discovery of early AD biomarkers and the development of auxiliary diagnosis technologies.
