This series comprises Finance Committee Reports of the Municipality of Annandale.The records are volumes containing handwritten, reports arising from meetings of the Finance Committee. The reports have been allocated annual single numbers (eg 1925/1) and arranged chronologically within the volumes. Each report is dated and includes details of the meeting date and time, persons who attended the meeting, and particulars of recommendations made to the Council for adoption. The reports have usually been signed and dated by the Vice Chairman of the Finance Committee. Generally, but not always, the reports have also been signed and dated by the Mayor.
