Based on the training set of "CCKS 2020: Small sample cross class migration event extraction for the financial field" data set, duplicate and abnormal samples are removed, and the data set is divided according to 7:1:2. There are five types of events in the data set: pledge, share equity transfer, prosecution, investment and shareholding reduction. There are 2723 samples in total, with 4603 events marked.
