Reproducibility archive accompanying the manuscript “Leakage-Resistant Prediction of Missing P- and S-Wave Velocities: Observed-Only Spatial Validation and Provenance-Aware 3D Characterization of Isfahan Metro Line 2”. The archive contains processed data, validation and fold manifests, feature-construction rules, model registries and fixed search-grid outputs, locked hyperparameters and model artifacts, robustness and sensitivity outputs, configuration and decision records, deployment predictions, observed-only spatial-validation products, 3D characterization outputs, and source scripts used to generate the scientific analyses, figures, and tables. Raw source files and manuscript/submission artifacts are not included. The deposited scientific workflow can be reproduced from the processed-data stage onward.
