Platform workers

This study aims to evaluate a scale measuring platform control and examine its relationship with work conditions and workers' psychological well-being. A 5-item platform control scale was developed and assessed using data from 487 Taiwanese platform workers across ride-hailing, delivery, and house chore services. Work characteristics, job demands, job control, and work rewards were also evaluated, along with psychological distress using the Copenhagen Burnout Inventory and the Brief Symptom Rating Scale.
