Whole Genome Sequencing of Sheeps (Ovis aries) and goats (Capra hircus)

This study aims to investigate the rumen microbial isolates especially anaerobes derived from Lambs (Ovis aries) and Lactating goats (Capra hircus) and kids (Capra hircus) which obtained from enrichement using modified Hungate medium with pectin as a substrate. Utilizing a whole genome sequencing approach, the research seeks to understand the culturable anerobic isolates from the rumen fluid and potential of the same by analyzing the biocules.
