This database contains the presence-absence occurrences for the different geographic units used in Manzano et al. (2025): Paleobiogeography of early to middle Paleozoic phytoplankton: A review and synthesis which is published in Palaeogeography, Palaeoclimatology, Palaeoecology. The Cambrian and Ordovician reference entries are derived from Zacaï et al. (2021), while those from the Silurian and Devonian (pre-2006) are from Mullins et al. (2022).
