资源简介:
We report high-throughput RNA sequencing of Δcrp and five adaptively evolved mutants of Δcrp in the batch exponential phase, IG116-Δcrp in batch exponential phase and Δcrp and two adaptively evolved mutants of Δcrp in chemostat cultivations Overall design: RNA was extracted from two biological replicates of WT, Δcrp , five adaptively evolved mutants of Δcrp and IG116- Δcrp in the batch exponential phase grown in glucose minimal media conditions. For glucose-limited chemostat cultivations, RNA was extracted from two biological replicates of WT, Δcrp , two adaptively evolved mutants of Δcrp after 3-5 residence times at steady state. RNA sequencing was done using Illumina Hi-Seq 2500 (Rapid Mode) platform.
