In another assay, a clone obtained by limiting dilution recognized this 20 mer peptide and another overlapping by 10 mer, suggesting that the epitope recognized was DLVFTKENTI. Another clone recognized only the 20-mer peptide (TITVNSKKTKDLVFTKENTI), suggesting that ther may be at 2 epitopes within this peptide.
