mosartwmpy CONUS hydropower facilities

The points of diversion for hydropower facilities in the contiguous U.S. (CONUS) mapped to the 1/8th degree uniform grid used by the CONUS implementation of the mosartwmpy water routing and management model. This dataset was developed to support hydropower production modeling using wmpy_power, under the Department of Energy Water Power Technologies Office's SECURE Water Act Section 9505 Third Assessment (9505). This dataset was used to extract simulated streamflow and reservoir storage from a mosartwmpy model run to be used as inputs into wmpy_power.
