GlycoGenius: a streamlined high-throughput glycan composition identification tool - Raw Data and Results

Raw data files (.MzML) used in the analysis performed in the publication "GlycoGenius: a streamlined high-throughput glycan composition identification tool" to showcase the features of GlycoGenius and result files (.gg) created by the program.The N- and O-glycans analysis was performed in GlycoGenius GUI 1.0.6 and the GAGs analysis was performend on GlycoGenius GUI 1.0.14, and all files can be loaded into these versions or more recent ones to access the details of the data and results. All files available here were acquired from their original repository (https://doi.org/10.25345/C5061Z, PRIDE, identifier PXD029644 and GlycoPOST, identifier GPST000356.0) and converted to MzML format using MSConvert (Proteowizard).
