The feature class was developed by digitizing the area that represents the geographic extent of the signalized intersections. Attributes were migrated from the previous system and only the intersection number has been maintained. Long term plans are to remove some of the fields and migrate them to correct geographic asset in the signals data model. This will preserve the asset lifecycle.</span></font>
