This dataset includes temperature response curves of A-Ci and associated modeled values (Vcmax, Jmax, EaVcmax, EaJmax, ToptVcmax, ToptJmax), as well as the thermal optimum for net photosynthesis (ToptA), stomatal conductance, net photosynthesis at 25°C, and growth temperature of 13 tropical tree species from the Colombian Andes. This dataset is part of a long-term warming experiment on dominant Andean tree species established in Colombia (https://andeantreewarming.wordpress.com/).
