Scalloped Hammerhead Population Genetic Project RAW data

This deposit includes raw genetic data used for population genetic studies undertaken by Madeline Green and published in the article listed in related publications. \n\nThe collection contains:\n- S. lewini mitochondrial DNA sequences (CR and ND4)\n- S. lewini microsatellite genotypes (9 loci)\n- S. lewini raw SNP DaRT report \nLineage: Data was generated using laboratory equipment in CSIRO Hobart and DaRT Canberra. The samples were collected from a number of locations across the Indo-Pacific Ocean. Using sanger sequencing and NGS machines genetic data was read, QC'd and scored.
