To systematically elaborate the transcriptomic landscape and complicated mechanism of gastric adenocarcinoma, we performed whole-transcriptome sequencing to screen miRNA, lncRNA, circRNA and mRNA expression profiles and the key functional ncRNAs were annotated. Overall design: Human gastric cancer tissues and their corresponding non-tumorous adjacent tissues (≥5cm from cancer center) were collected from five patients who underwent gastrectomy at the Second Department of Surgical Oncology of General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University. Whole-transcriptome libraries were pooled and sequenced in a single lane of Illumina NovaSeq 6000 sequencing platform.
