Genetically predicted low systolic blood pressure increased risk of allergic rhinitis: Evidence from a Bidirectional Mendelian randomization study.

In the present study, we aim to further elucidate the causal relationship between SBP and AR by conducting a bidirectional, two-sample Mendelian randomization analysis. We utilize the most up-to-date GWAS summary statistics from large-scale databases, specifically SBP (ieu-b-38) and AR (ebi-a-GCST90038664), to ensure improved statistical power and validity of our findings.
