Monsoon-Driven Subsurface Microbial Bloom Restructures Redox and Carbon Dynamics in a Shallow Deltaic Aquifer

This repository contains the data and analysis files associated with a study of monsoon-driven microbial blooms and their biogeochemical consequences in a shallow deltaic aquifer in the Vietnamese Mekong Delta. The dataset includes groundwater hydrology, geochemical measurements, bacterial and archaeal qPCR data, processed 16S rRNA gene abundance and taxonomy tables, derived variables used in lagged regression analyses, supplementary statistical tables, and the R scripts used for data processing, visualization, and statistical analyses.
