Transcriptional analysis of cell lines derived from primary mammary tumors and lung micrometastases

Cell lines were derived from either, (1) mammary tumors from the MMTV-PyMT genetically engineered mouse model, (2) mammary tumors resulting from syngeneic transplantation (of cells described in 1) and primary tumor resection, or (3) isogenic cell lines derived from lung metastasis that occurred following resection of the primary tumors dsecribed in approach 2. Three conditions: Primary tumor (mammary gland), fat pad tumor, whole lung. Each condition split across cell lines: YEJH and YEJG.
