Expansion of myeloid suppressor cells and suppression of Lassa virus-specific T cells during fatal Lassa fever

Transcriptomic data used to generate figures 2D, 3B-C-D, Suppl Fig 1 and 2 of the article "Expansion of myeloid suppressor cells and suppression of Lassa virus-specific T cells during fatal Lassa fever" authored by Blaise Lafoux et al. Data corresponding to each of the 7 organs presented in the article are organized as follow : name_organ_counts.txt contains the raw counts table of reads mapping on macaca fascicularis genome (see Material and Method section for details), genes by row and samples by columns name_organ_target.txt contains the target file with samples sheet : condition of infection, day post infection and animal identifier for paired analysis, when relevant
