Image dataset of healthy and pathogen-affected rice leaves with suggested control measures

This dataset contains images of rice (Oryza sativa, EPPO code: ORYSA) crop, including both healthy plants and plants affected by major pathogens, collected during the experimentation of the PLANTHEAD Diagnostic Platform in Sierra Leone, within the framework of the EU Horizon2020 EWA-BELT Project (GA#862848). Within the dataset, the following diseases and their corresponding EPPO codes are represented: Tungrovirus oryzae (EPPO Code: RTBV00) Bipolaris oryzae (EPPO Code: COCHMIO) Sarocladium oryzae (EPPO Code: SARMOR) Each folder is organized by pathogen to facilitate data exploration and analysis. In addition, the dataset includes a PDF file providing recommended management solutions for each disease, including agronomic, biological, and chemical measures.
