This dataset includes microscopic ileal histology images labeled into two classes: Control vs Crohns.
- Control images IDs start with INCT and Crohns images IDs with INCR.
- The first eight character in the image ID are patient's ID (e.g., INCT0001).
- Each patient has one or more whole slide images labeled with capital letters (e.g., INCT0001D)
- Image crops extracted from each whole slide image have been labeled like INCT0001D_001
