"Deployment of wide-area monitoring systems (WAMS) and phasor measurement units (PMUs) in modern power systems has enabled the collection of vast amounts of real-time data. These datasets can be effectively leveraged to enhance system reliability assessment, detect potential disturbances, and identify transmission failures. While certain events, such as oscillations, occur infrequently,but causes severe system-wide consequences. Therefore, recording and utilizing oscillation data is essential for developing and training advanced data-driven techniques capable of accurately detecting such events in real time. In the work, we utilized the 240-Mini-WECC system and the large-scale WECC model, which was deployed to validate the system conditions of the August 10, 1996, blackout, to generate the oscillation datasets. We have developed a comprehensive, open-source, time-stamped dataset comprising a wide range of Natural Oscillation (NO) scenarios across diverse oscillation frequencies and magnitudes, along with diverse operating conidtions provding plethora of cases for power system researchers and Machine learning enthusiasts.  "
