资源简介:
This dataset contains the supporting information related to the article "Electrochemical Response of 𝜶/𝜷-peptides: Influence of the Peptide Length, Stereochemistry and Self-Assembly on the Performance of Peptide-Based Electrochemical Sensors". Figure S1 shows the UV–vis absorption spectra of PEDOT dispersed in dichloromethane, cited on page 4. Figure S2 shows the UV–Vis absorption spectra in the wavelength from 190 to 750 nm of PEDOT and PEDOT/peptide coatings deposited on steel, cited on page 4. Figure S3 shows the cyclic voltammograms recorded in 0.1 M PBS solutions with NADH concentrations ranging from 0 to 6 mM and the calibration plots (n = 3) using the current density at the oxidation peak (j) results of the electrochemical detection of NADH at the surface of (a) PEDOT/DSS and (b) PEDOT/TSS, cited on page 5. Figure S4 shows the chemical structure of DSS and list of the most remarkable conditions used to investigate the self-assembly of the DSS. Besides, the representative optical microscopy images of the assemblies observed for the different experimental conditions described are presented, cited on page 7. Figure S5 shows the power X-ray diffraction pattern recorded for microfibrillary assemblies grown on PEDOT by drop casting 2 mg/mL DSS in a 98:2 H2O:HFIP mixture, cited on page 10. Figure S6 shows the SEM micrographs of the microfibrillary assemblies obtained by drop casting 2 mg/mL DSS in a 98:2 H2O:HFIP mixture on PEDOT after 25 redox cycles, cited on page 10.
