IOOS Glider - MARACOOS - striper-20170907T1430

Summer Glider Deployment. With UMass Dartmouth\'s Glider Blue, UM Striper is intended to survey the MAB structure from Cape Cod to Cape Hatteras with a flight over the Southern MAB. Of particular interest is the structure of the offshore cold band or \'Cold Pool.\' Blue and Striper flights will be coordinated such that they will be launched at approximately the same time, Blue from New Bedford and Striper from Atlantic City.
