Dataset for: Superconducting Parallel-Plate Resonators for the Detection of Single Electron Spins The .zip file contains the data plotted in the figures of the main text and the supplementary information in the Fig X folders. Since most of the plots show processed data, such as the intrinsic Q-factors, we also provide the raw data in the Data for figures folder. To reproduce the plots, extract the .zip file, keeping the relative folder structure as is. Execute the Python files in the Fig X folders to create the plot (sub-)figures. The processed data can be created by executing the Python files in the Data for figures subfolders. For the data analysis, the ABCD-RF Fit package must be installed.
