Dataset supporting the Systematic Literature Review on aquatic macrophytes for treatment of agro-industrial effluents (2014–2025)

This dataset contains all materials supporting the systematic literature review on the use of aquatic macrophytes for treatment of agro-industrial effluents (2014–2025). It includes:(i) search strategies and strings;(ii) initial records retrieved from databases;(iii) screening and eligibility criteria application;(iv) backward and forward snowballing records;(v) final selected studies and extracted data. The dataset aims to ensure transparency and reproducibility of the review process.
