LIGHT+ NK cell prevents spontaneous abortion by restricting leucine-mediated decidual stromal cell senescence

Senescent decidual stromal cells (DSCs) are enriched in decidua during decidualization, but the mechanisms are still controversial. Here, we explored the mechanisms of cell senescence during decidualization. And we also discussed the potiential role of dNK cells maintain senescence homeostasis of DSC by LIGHT/HVEM.
