Sequence and metadata for Wolbachia and f-element distribution in U.S. populations of Armadillidium vulgare

This dataset contains sequence and metadata for Armadillidium vulgare individuals sampled across the United States to assess the distribution of Wolbachia and the f-element. The dataset includes:- COI sequences for host haplotype identification- WSP sequences for Wolbachia strain identification- f-element marker sequences- Metadata including location, sex, haplotype, and infection statusSequence identifiers in sequences.fasta correspond exactly to the Sequence_ID field in metadata.csv.This dataset supports analyses presented in the associated manuscript on sex ratio distortion and symbiont distribution in introduced U.S. populations.
