Survey data: User experience requirements for an AI chatbot to motivate blood donation among university students in Tanzania (N=384)

De-identified survey data (N=384) from a web-based, cross-sectional study of students at the University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania (November 2025 February 2026), examining user experience requirements for a natural language processing based AI chatbot designed to motivate blood donation. The dataset includes 16 Likert-type items covering behavioral intention to donate blood, functional and nonfunctional chatbot requirements, and digital readiness; 5 background variables; To protect anonymity, marital status and program stream were removed, the oldest age groups were merged, and row order was shuffled.
