根据DE400电传动矿用自卸车整车结构可靠性要求,通过有限元分析手段建立桥壳结构有限元模型,基于典型工况及动力学分析载荷构建边界条件和载荷,研究桥壳结构在典型工况下刚强度并开展优化,得到2倍负载、最大功率启动、制动、整车侧倾、前轮越障(凸台和凹坑)、后轮越障(凸台和凹坑)、举升、大角度转弯、后退障碍等工况数据。 数据量 28.2G
According to the overall structural reliability requirements of the DE400 electric-drive mining dump truck, a finite element model of the axle housing structure was established via finite element analysis. Boundary conditions and loads were formulated based on typical operating conditions and loads obtained from dynamic analysis. The stiffness and strength of the axle housing structure under typical operating conditions were investigated, and optimization was carried out. Finally, operating condition data including 2-times load, maximum power startup, braking, vehicle rolling, front wheel obstacle surmounting (boss and pit), rear wheel obstacle surmounting (boss and pit), lifting, large-angle turning, reversing with obstacles, and other working conditions were obtained. The total data volume is 28.2 GB.
